I called Dymo customer service and they offered to send me a new one, which I emdicia. You receive a constant stream of InstaRate errors. I work through Endicia and if the scale turns off, I have to get out of Endiciaturn the scale back on, get back into Endiciareset the Preferences to the USB scale, and then enter the order.
Build quality seems high, detachable magnetic backlit screen is nice.
